No, my total is now even smaller than before...but it's not showing any returns or refunds. Seems to be a third party sale that's not registering in the total (though it's shown in the subtotal list).

Happened here as well. I'm sure since it has happened to several of us simultaneously that it will be corrected. I've seen it zero out before, and then reset a few hours later.

Normally yours should have updated as well. Mine update at 16 or 4 PM (GMT + 2). Yours update at...? 9 or 10 NY ? But that is for lensrank update. Sales... I generally see sales dropping at +/- 1 or 2...
